They are very comfortable. I used to use the generic pillows from WM that go flat after a few weeks to months. I've had mypillow for ~5 months and it still has its shape. It was worth my money for my. Everyone has different sleep preferences.
It keeps its shape and doesn't get lumpy as long as you wash it regularly and fluff it in the dryer. However, don't put it in a an old fashioned washer with a center spindle. It ripped mine open. Also make sure you go online and buy the right size for your neck don't just buy the standard. Had mine for 6 years now.
Anyone own a MyPillow pillow, are they actually great pillows?
I can't imagine a pillow being anything better than just a pillow.

I've been using one for years, before I even knew the guy was based. They work very well for me.
Run in it the dryer for .5 hour. it will be very "fuffy"...
