Thing with that is. if it is real. No one that's tried it will tell the general public. All we can do is speculate based on the evidence shown.
It's been listed for sale on Alibaba and the Darkweb. But I've only seen screenshots, never bothered to look for it myself, and honesty can't imagine it ever making it online. So take this evidence with a grain of salt.

Also take a look at Cher, she is 75 years old. Unless they have some other hidden tech, how else do you explain their skin. And it's not just the face, their whole body has the skin of someone in their 30's.
