Part of the plan? I wonder if there are special protocols that are activated if someone is shot in the capitol, similar to how it seems there is protocol to move the house speaker and VP if the capitol is breached. What if the only way for mil to be activated is if someone is killed inside the capitol? Trump did say that he exhausted all legal options, so how do you then perform an illegal option that you need to happen in order to activate the mil, without actually killing someone? You would make it look like someone was actually killed when they weren’t.
