Could be. My interpretation has been that this is a callback to the beginning (all good stories end at the beginning...) and that the obvious (existing) ‘shot heard round the world’ was the JFK assassination, and that this means we will finally learn the truth about the founding of Q itself.
JFK was assassinated for attempting to expose the Deep State. This then ushered in the full and final takeover of the Cabal as we know it today in the U.S. Government. It completely applies to this situation as it is the starting point to waking people up and Trump is the end point.
