I think our Commander In Chief has already submitted written orders to the military. When the time is right they will be carried out. Have Faith in God! Trust the Plan.

I had that thought last night when he was trolling twitter. Either he has completely submitted, or he has fired off his arsenal and is now kicking back to relax as it plays out.

They were mobilized weeks ago. This was the ‘vaccine distribution force’ that’s national guard and then support likely coming in from SOCOM and Space Force.
