I am confused on the timing of the DNI report. Congress received the report after they certified the votes? What if they had received the report before. I have heard Charlie Ward speak about this, but I’ve gotten confused.

If they had received the DNI report showing all the evidence of election fraud (lots of specific details) prior to their vote, they would have probably followed a different course of action.

They basically found out that they had all been caught red handed committing election fraud AFTER they voted to certify the fraudulent election results.
