He says Leonardo SpA stated that he switched the data from the US Elections on 3 Nov 2020, and the affidavit is singed by the person who is talking, who is from the Supreme Court in Rome, on 6 January 2021 - stating that what he has read he is a witness to the statement.

This is the lawyer for the guy who said he witnessed it representing him in the Italian Supreme Court. He’s not a Supreme Court judge.
Is there verification of receipt by Congress of this information?
Not sure, we are not getting any information. The only think I know is that LIN WOOD, one of President Trumps lawyers posted it and I 100% trust him
