A friend sent me this when it was first posted. That isn't 10 Downing Street (you can tell by the roof-line).

Instead, that is the building of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. The building shares a corner of Downing St though so it's not quite as surprising / appalling as the title leads you to think.
