How Did Q Know Trump Would Be Banned on Twitter?

Unless there's someone on the inside at Twitter, it seems impossible that even military intelligence could predict that Twitter would ban Trump at one minute to midnight. Thoughts?

i heard al-waleed is a principle investor of twitter. big nutz Trump must have something on them. now it's go time. this is going to be epic...sorry, Biblical.
