Between the pen, and the eyes looking at the item, the really bad photoshop itself, it leads to a number of questions:
Why post this at all? Why this picture? Why not a picture without the item? Why not a picture when they were looking at and talking about the item? Why such a bad job hiding it? What could possibly be so important it needed cropped out of the middle of the picture anyway? Why not just blur it?
