I was lead to drop 1318 from the new drop from parler that everyone is claiming to be fake

Well, interestingly enough, the second to the last line in 1318 says:

IMO the no outside comms pertained to Q. It doesn't mean that other actors in the scene are to be ignored. People like Kansas who has been posting on what seems to be a pattern.
