No Outside Comms means that Q will only ever communicate to us on the 8kun board. No where else. So if anyone claims to be Q, or was told by Q to pass along such-and-such info, is full of shit.

No. GhostEzra hasn't claimed to be Q to my knowledge. I wouldn't take everything he says as gospel but he seems to be just another digital soldier like you and I.
