Settings > General > IPhone Storage > Delete Update

Restore from back up, (important you consider you last back up date!)

Remember it is not confirmed they disabled the EBS! IMHO- more important to not allow APP updates / Or APP deletions at this point.

Settings > Screen Tume > Privacy & Restrictions
