Noticed it too. The cuts to different angles was unusual for a live feed or statement which usually gets set to a camera set dead on in front. The one had angles from the side with him looking ahead. Weird choice for camera angle for supposedly live important messages. Commented that on a similar TDW too, about the video with a similar background. Hope someone with more time and energy to devote to analysis will give us much more substantial information.
