Is there any verified source that Apple is updating to remove the EBS? Wouldn't that be HIGHLY, HIGHLY illegal?

Not to say it would surprise me if they did.. Or to say any of these fucks give one good shit about the law anyway.. But wouldn't this stir up some MAJOR shit with the FCC or something?

They can follow through with it legally or illegally, depends on their mood, pending a court order and we all know how fast and great them types of transactions work.
