Why did the Vatican give power to China allowing them to appoint Catholic bishops? How can members of an atheist Communist Party be responsible for appointing Catholic bishops that serve the Vatican? I don't know if there's a connection with the supposed blackout, but the China/Vatican connection is certainly real.
