The quarantine camps are real. There was a YouTube video leaked from a parliamentary meeting a couple of weeks ago about an rfp (request for proposal) on the construction of these places. The line in response was that they would use them for holding travelers but I doubt that’s the case considering New York just voted on detaining “persons deemed potential health risk”.
