Hmm. Before I get into speculation mode, anyone with more knowledge on the subject care to chime in? Is this a routine thing, does it happen regularly, is it irregular, etc
I'm still trying to confirm that the lights are out, hence the "seemingly"
From what I've gathered, lights ARE out. The Guardian have previously written that it's lights out only when a president dies, but this has been retracted. Other known time I found lights have been shut down was the protests this summer when Trump was reportedly "in the bunker with the lights off".
Pending the findings about the Paris, Vatican and Pakistan "blackouts" this could be something, could be nothing.
