I see what you mean. If you look at the main stream (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-rzie9G0Tc) just as the brightness is coming back to normal in the early morning, I'd say it's a small street cleaning vehicle with a constant bluish-white light and flashing yellow lights.
But why did the bells ring for 23 minutes after the lights came back on? I was watching the live feed with audio. At 7am Rome time, the bells started. I noted it. They continued to ring until 7:23am (Rome).
Thank you for the link.
We gonna wait for some kind of confirmation on this. But if Lin posted about Vatican there might be something in it. Or there will be no confirmation
OR -disinfo is necessary- so not only WE got baited but also the bad guys.
It's a software filter or iso setting, no blackout.
So you can see some lights but not all lights, huh?
Yes, that's what iso settings and filters do.
Invisible light.
Hat do you see in this video that I'm not seeing?

Keep an eye for small flashing lights where I circled it.

Look at the little flashes of light at the bottom close to the center, as well as to the far right. Also hat was meant to be what, typo obviously.
Yeah it looks like gunshots.

Here's another video bottom left of screen.
I think that’s the little police car at the bottom left.
No blackout. Look at the police car on the left. Its light goes up at the same time as everything else. Software stuff.
