Beyond the odd filter, I've seen nothing that seems out of the ordinary*. There's been reports of gunshots in the live stream, but I argue it's faked after comparing bird sounds and crawling the original twitter post which is made by a video game streamer that plays pew pew games.
*Except a video of a police escort accompanying a diplomatic convoy reportedly shot in Rome two days ago. But it could be anything, from any time. :|
From our perspective, it was still a "blackout" though maybe not as obvious as Pakistan.

Perhaps, but it doesn’t explain the blackout. I’d bet instead that the Doctor is fine and Pope was wheeled out into an ambulance.
It was just the brightness turned down on n the video feed.
All this Vatican stuff today is HIGHLY irregular...
