Around 2/3, the angle changes to show "water" in the background painting, at which point Trump calls for a "Smooth, Orderly & Seamless" transition. Watch the water!

I don't notice anything significant with the water, but admit it's an odd angle change. It's the only time in the address the angle changes ??
