An explanation, as given by Simon Parkes;
apparently there was a plan (that had to be changed) but the plan was for Pres. at midnight last night to make an address to people with Mike Pompeo was to do 30 minute release on twitter, then every 15 minutes, then every 10 minutes, then every 5 minutes .., like a count down.
I suppose if he starts tweeting every 15 minutes, we should start paying very close attention

Remember the watermark bullshit? Anyone in tech could have you told you it was a fundamental misunderstanding of how that works. There were a bunch of sketchy videos coming out that advocated for it: CIA dudes, and other former exers.
The qproofs are compelling, but the amount of prescience attributed to them seems zealous. I couldn't plan some of these things a week in advance if I was trying to foretell my kids activities.
I don't think it's impossible that everything is blown up and something manifests to change the course we are on.
But in the same way that evil is perpetrated by regular people, so is good carried out by regular limited people. I have no doubt miracles happen, but those are inherently unpredictable.
Anyway, that guy is a total phony.
