oh gracious not this again tonight. That's not a black out. That is a camera filming at night. The flashing light's are safety lights at the entrance. The street lights are on. The camera filming has power and internet. Most of the lights inside the big building are off because they're all asleep but if you look you can still see light's in the windows.
didn't say anything about a blackout... just pointing out there are cop cars in the area.

They’ve been moving and shifting for awhile now.
If you go back about six hours (It's after that weird speech) you can see one emergency vehicle show up, drive around in the lot, stay there for some time and leave. Now I can see about 5-6 of them.
So my question is: what the hell really is happening? IS there an off chance that the Vatican has it's own law enforcement or security that's doing their own patrols like a high level business would?
Edit: During the day there are also cars parked around where the lights are police lights are seen at night so could this possibly just be security? At my agency when we're doing contracted security for somebody at an event we do the same thing at night. Turning on our lights just so anybody nearby can easily find us.
And follow up: is there a way to see archives of previous days?
The vatican is its own nation state, so im quite sure they have their own form of police.

If you rewind back an hour from when this post is made, you can very clearly see 4-5 emergency vehicles parked, with blue/red siren lights. At the time of posting this there appears to be only one.
This might not be a blackout because it’s only 12:27am in The Vatican.

It is not a blackout. The image is manipulated to be SEEN as blacked out. There are visible sights of sirens if you look closely.
I heard the first time this happened(yesterday), the pope stripped off his attire, covered himself in lubricant, and slipped away from the cops.

Been off grid for 5 years, no TV. Also, not much sunlight for solar panels lately, so laptop brightness set at zero. Not complaining though, no utilities for past 5 years.
