No, because everyone knows Cooper is a reporter. People can find out about operation Mockingbird. If the media is operation mockingbird and Cooper is part of the media, obvious dots connected.
I have worked on classified projects before. Typically, only specific parts of the project are classified. Actual numbers or names, for example.
