Losing his businesses should be the least of his concerns. Namely losing his freedom or his life comes to mind. They will make and EXTREME example of him if he rolls over and succumbs.

Exactly. If he fails they won’t paint him as the next Hitler. They’ll paint him as the first Trump. They’ll gladly sacrifice some of their crime racket assets to be able to say “omg look what a horrible crime imperium the Trump family was running through their businesses!!!”
