Yes. He and a women who is the spitting image of Carolyn Bissette (his wife) were seen at several rallies in prime position behind Trump with lota of camera time. He doesn't look exactly like Jr but that could be make up and facial prosthetics. A close up comparison of his nose and ears look the same.
