Insurrection Act is great, but Military Commissions Act gives power to hold military tribunals.

Without it, criminals would simply be turned over to the already-corrupt courts. The military has to arrest AND prosecute.

Hey, don't care how they get it done as long as it gets done. I'm sure they know what they are doing, they've been planning this for almost 50 years.
