That is about as fake as fake gets. The dead giveaway is the drill leader with the full lieutenant bars. Drill team would be all enlisted. And they haven't use M1 rifles in 30 years.

You're correct, those bars are a captain rank. I was thinking Navy and being that the Marine Corps is part of the Navy, I was thinking full lieutenant.
