The reason why I ask is because I'm beginning to wonder if it's a mistake to list work history that took place 40 years ago when applying for a job online. If you look closely, the questions are designed to expose your age in a very discreet manner. I'm also beginning to think it's a mistake to divulge my race as being white; otherwise, why would they have a separate question asking if you're hispanic or latino? Do they get some get some kind of government reimbursement for hiring hispanics or latinos? If not, why ask the question?
