There are some on the road truck drivers who have no home. All they do is live in their trucks and stop at truck stops to take showers. That doesn't sound too bad except for them having to use their truck as a restroom.

I think what they want is the homeless people off to themselves instead being grouped together in encampments with makeshift shelters like tarps or tents. They want the homeless people to maintain a low signature.

I'm in California too. For the longest time, the homeless were setting up camps along the freeways and the ditch banks, but those have been getting cleared out too. I keep wondering where the homeless go when they're cleared out.
