I'm unfamiliar with the alert system in terms of what it can do beyond simple messages - POTUS was pretty adamant about everyone recording it all. Can he broadcast the truth as video compilation of what was gathered if and when he addresses the nation?

There was a post on parler before w picture of the head of space force. I forgot to screen shot the text it was claimed that he invented some global communications satellite system that Trump can use that nobody can interfere with. Would be exceptional if true. Space force is the one untainted branch potus can depend on. Anyone else catch that or hear anything of similar value?
