Could be related, but that entire post is about ruth bader ginsburg and her health. Which, DC was in panic when she passed from medical things because trump got another justice. Clock ticking = time running out.

i thought the very next day bit was part of it getting approved. I am not sure though. take it with a grain of salt. im not super versed in Q proofs.
