Elites consuming children is the smallest portion of it.

Using humans for experiments and pharmaceuticals is a larger part of it.

Exporting humans in alien (ET) trade is the largest portion of it. Advanced biological life is the most precious resource in the the universe. Everything else can be found in a rock.

We're living on a prison planet / farm. These people are sick.
