Pretty sure congress don't give a shit. In fact congress is likely complicit.

The only one who can act is Trump. His oath, assuming anybody gives a shit about oaths and the Constitution at this point, would prevent him from allowing a CCP asset to be installed as President.

If he fails to act he is either in on whatever it is that is occurring or election fraud never occurred.
