I know I had automatic updates turned off, because I verified it afterward, and also a couple of days ago, with rumors floating around that emergency broadcast notifications would be disabled in this update. I did check that government notifications are still turned on with the update, but what other underlying functions did the deep state want that would merit a forced update?
