You make good points. No matter what system we use there will be the issue of bad actors who have to have their hands in the system.

Blockchain is also suggested - but I personally believes that we need a voting system that EVERY citizen can understand and that contains no proprietary components.

Do you have any comments on this statement that would give light to a solution of some kind?
