Seriously, I could write, "BREAKING Joe Biden Inaugurated as 46th President of the United States of America" and GA could spin that positively.

Morons, this is a worrying use of the EO no matter how you try to spin this. Why are we applauding the Trump Administration for sanctioning individuals who tried to aid him?
