That's because FBI is deep state controlled. Why oh why didn't Trump remove Wray? The only explanation is so he can be the fall guy for all their outrageous activities these last 4 years AND doing nothing to actually help solve crimes. I'm starting to think the FBI exists to protect the elite from whistle blowers, people like Gary Webb and the like.
