my only belief right now is to get the media talking about it and agreeing that the EO should be used and then bring in the big guns. I mean the EO was designed for all instances of interferences and NOT just the ones that benefit one side. If the first use of the EO was used to show that the Biden campaign benefitted the left and media would scream that the President is abusing powers, dictator etc.

I.e., get the media to cover it, have a press about it, and then at the press hearing, present the actual evidence. But that's flimsy to hope for at best. People get too caught up in arguing the details, when the big picture is all that matters. We can't see all the strategic angles, so it's pointless to worry over every "seeming" setback.
