Google is delisting websites from DNS and removing entries. It may be more widespread than that. They literally don't have entries anymore. This means it will not resolve an address if you put it in. Even if you have the IP direct, you may not get to it because cloud flare blockss it for ddos protection.
It may be they have been completely removed from the registrar as well

It's a manual setting you would have made to your computers dns settings. If you don't know what it is, you aren't using it. You are using whatever DNS you provider happens to be giving you
