This is my take too.

Trump's term "ended". He didn't resign. They didn't "correct" the website, they took the page down, but a screenshot showing his term ended is going around the internet, so everyone is being notified.
Nancy didn't show up to work today.
Military in DC.
Dept of Homeland Security chief "stepped down", "due to recent events". Didn't resign.
