Time on the original is 19:40:00

Maybe we should all be paying attention around 19:40 this evening to see if anything happens with the Pope??

The time listed on the second one had an incredibly precise time, down to the second, I'm not really sure what that could mean

The original announcement was about the end of DJTs term.

Maybe it means that as of today's announcement, he is no longer the pope.

Yeah but the times people saw (something like 19:38-19:43) were all within a few minutes UTC of the time people looked. This happened ~3hrs 10 minutes ago and it is currently 10:49 UTC.
