Well, the people actually have the power. If a majority of Chinese that are in the military say fuck you, we won’t fight your war and put on your self destruct helmets, what is the CCP going to do? I mean you can get individual spooks to bite a cyanide capsule but to have whole army’s “volunteer” to commit suicide? No way!
