Can you be more specific?

Who are these "people" that told us about the blockchain watermark? Who are "the same people" telling us they have military sources and we're going into martial law?

I don’t believe the watermark theory but I believe one of the key factors of it is it involves radioactive isotopes, so even if you shred it into tiny pieces that still remains. I don’t think watermarks were used though.
