Of course you have the right to post here if you have your own website. I never said or thought otherwise.

The problem is when you promote your own website that keeps popping up asking for donations. It makes it even more blatantly obvious when it’s her seventh post and they all promote her website.

Is there not a rule against self promotion?

Looks like she makes a post here or on TDW every time she publishes a post on her website. She's not making duplicate posts, and her writing is original content that's generating discussion. That's exactly what this board is for.

She's not currently running any ads on her site, and she states she's 100% reader funded. If she was coming in here selling memorabilia or if she was constantly dangling an information carrot in front of us then it would be a different story.

I don't see anything wrong with her posts and you should pitch in if you respect her analysis.
