15000 NG are reported to be in DC and Trump has declared a national emergency in DC.
According to Q drop 22 they are working with the marines.

Also frankly; I believe the "DC Nat. Emerg" is totally normal & routine. I believe they do it before every inauguration, as it gives them special abilities / rights to do certain things to beef up security before the inauguration. Remember; I believe we have been in a constant, non-stop state of DECLARED WAR since 9/12/2001. AND TRUMP'S 2018 EO declared a formal state of nat. emergency regarding foreign election interference. This DC Declaration of Emergency is completely nothing, IMHO.

Well, let's not get confused; there's so much going on.
I believe merely declaring the state of emergency is normal / routine. We should be able to find if that has been done for prior elections, relatively easy.
I definitely agree that 15,000 NG troops seems extremely, insanely high and NOT normal.
I searched online for just a bit & couldn't find numbers from prior inaugurations - which makes sense - OPSEC.
Only thing I found was an article claiming about 3,000 police officers would be on duty at the event.
No mention of MIL / NG; again for obvious OPSEC reasons.

I can do a simple internet search to corroborate, but I'm 90% sure that state of emergency is declared before EVERY inauguration and other major event in DC because of the security priviliges it gives the gov.......
