Pompeo was put in as a white hat to get info on the illegal shit the CIA was doing. Did his job and was promoted to SOS by Trump. Trump then put in another Swamp member, knowing all of the CIA's dirty jobs, and effectively ran a sting on dumb bitch juice Gina.
