USSS is likely United States Secret Service. That's what I assumed.

Castle Rock is a city in Colorado near Cheyenne Mountain. Cheyenne Mountain is nuclear fortified, Castle Rock is not. I'm not aware of another underground bunker in the area.

I watched another Q video that linked Red_Castle and Green_Castle to the Army Corp of Engineers. Maybe related?

Castle has also been associated with the Trump Whitehouse in past Q drops. As in, castle clean, castle lock etc.

The red/green castle thing was earlier on when the speculation was out there regarding the wall and who/how it would be built. Anons recognised the reference as both the logo and location of the US Army Corp of Engineers. Who started with building the wall with the sourced budget that a hostile congress wasn't able to mess with and defund.. as much as they wanted to.
