I'm iffy about this due to:

'US Corporation'/'crime of 1871' - I may have misses the drop, though i don't recall this from Q.
Capturing the flag - again, please let me know the drop # or legit research/sources for claim.
Quantum financial system - again, drop # or sauce.
non-radioactive isotope ballot paper with gps tracking capabilities - drop # or sauce.
