Confessions or Vatican involvement. Part of the plot in Godfsther III was Michael needing approval for gaining shares in the Vatican bank.

Saw something on here earlier about a massive Italian court case. I expect what we see in the video here is likely the framework for the US tribunals - IF THEY ARE even shown on TV.
