If something comes out about a high profile arrest, that is when we go to lockdown and the operation goes into warpspeed. As long as it appears 'business as usual' then (if there is a covert op) it is going off as planned, behind the scenes. Sooner or later there will likely be a lockdown but at this point the cleaner they can keep it right now, the better it is for the long-haul.
